Fear is only a feeling—a feeling that has no content and no body—a purely substance-less air. It is nothing more than a perception fueled by what could happen.

The only true antidote to fear is faith. That's why Jesus told the mourning father whose daughter just died, "Do not be afraid any longer, only believe" (Mark 5:36).
