Gas stations are great equalizers. People from all stages of life show up.

Hobo or Hollywood star, wrinkled or smooth, famous or obscure, everyone is brought down to the the same level at a gas station. The same is true of the cross of Jesus Christ. Everyone needs it. At the foot of the cross we stand on level ground.
