Many believers would sooner stand up for their favorite team than for Jesus Christ.

If this is true for you, how will you feel on the day you stand before Jesus Christ, face to face, in all His glory and power (2 Cor 5:10)? Christ said, "For whoever is ashamed of Me and My words in this adulterous and sinful generation, the Son of Man will also be ashamed of him when He comes in the glory of His Father with the holy angels” (Mark 8:38).

You have a chance to change what Christ might say to you on that day. Let your fear of witnessing be swallowed by reverence for God and love for people.
