The Solution to Enslavement (Open Air Downtown Kalamazoo)

Before I preached this message, a guy jumped up on the stage while the band was playing and started hopping up and down.

That was okay. But then he grabbed Kristi's mike and started yelling and hooting and that's when he crossed the line. I leaped onto stage and he backed away from Kristi, and I stepped up close, put an arm around his shoulders, and asked his name. When he said something unintelligible I figured he was high so I said, "Let's go this way" but he said, "Oh no!" and walked the other direction, but off stage and that was good enough.

More people showed up this evening for food, fellowship, and preaching then we've ever seen before. God continues to grow and bless this downtown ministry and all I can say is praise God for the work He's doing. Press on believers! If you rarely share your faith or never get down with the lost and talk and pray and get beat up a little, you're living in a plastic bubble that keeps you far from identifying with your Savior who died for you (Phil 3:10).
